Customer Service - Travel Incidents

In order to improve our services on a daily basis the following are available to our clients:

- The Official Air Europa Claim Book can be found at all our offices located at airports with Air Europa departures.

- The Customer Relations Department, where you can send your claims, complaints, suggestions and praise.

- Claims must be sent in writing.

- Remember to specify the reason for your claim and provide copies of the documentation you have available, indicating the flight details, route and date and give us your contact details, national identity card or passport number.
